About Aim2train
Welcome to Aim2train. Set up by Aimee Mcmenamin, dedicated to womens health and fitness.
My fitness journey began at 8 years of age at Lir Gymnastics club, a fun introduction to fitnesss -I loved it. At 15 I joined the local gym and found my tribe! The gym quickly became my space — a place where I could recharge, feel stronger, and clear my head whilst navigating the teenage years. I always felt better, both physically and mentally after a gym session.
After school, I was unsure of which path to take. I earned a degree in Business and International languages- and on graduating still had no idea what I wanted to do in life. Fitness and wellbeing have always been my love and passion, so I followed my passion, qualified as a personal trainer, and am excited for what lies ahead.
Now, my Business degree, PT Diploma and experience on the gym floor are serving me well. I'm proud to specialise in helping women build strength, grow confidence, and feel empowered in their own skin. My approach is all about sustainable results, smart nutrition, and understanding that food is not the enemy. I'm here to guide, support, and motivate — wherever you’re starting from and whatever your goals may be x
